The RedCard Virtual Terminal is a web-based application that allows the secure capture of card and transaction details received over the phone, by mail or via fax. The solution has been designed for use within customer contact centres with multiple staff handling customer calls. This software based solution eliminates the need for physical payment terminals to be sited at each operator’s desk. The RedCard Virtual Terminal works seamlessly with the RedCard Processing service.

How it works

  • Simply login to the Virtual terminal
  • Enter the card number, expiry date, start date, issue number and card security code
  • Submit the transaction for authorisation
